Questions on Booking

• To Book Online

     1. Select your desired date from the booking page

     Please check the precautions on the booking page and select your desired date on the calendar. If booking is available, the “Booking Available” button will appear, so please click on it and proceed to the next step.

     2. Confirm tour details

     Select the “Details” tab in the window which leads you to see the tour details. Please be sure to check the details, as precautions and meeting place will also be provided.

     3. Enter the number of participants and confirm the amount

     Select the “Booking” tab in the window, then confirm the booking date and enter the number of people who will participate. After entering the number of participants, the amount will be calculated. Please confirm the amount and click the “To Book” button.

     4. Enter personal information

     Enter your name, contact information, and other required information in the form, review the Terms of Use, and then press the “To Book” button.

     5. Enter your payment details and complete your booking

     Click “Process Payment” to select a payment method to complete the payment. You can choose either a credit card or Paypal as your payment method.After the payment is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

• Can I change or cancel my booking?
  Cancellation within 15 days of the tour date will be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Is it possible to book by phone?
  Yes, you can book by phone.

Driving

• Can anyone drive?
  A standard Class 1 driver’s license is required (issued by Japan). An automatic transmission-limited driver’s license is also acceptable.A Motorcycle license or a Mid-sized Vehicledriver’s license is not acceptable.
• How many people can ride in a kart?
  One person per kart.
• Can I ride in the rain?
  The karts can be driven in the rain, but we do not recommend it.
• Can we drive on highways?
  No, you cannot.
• Is it possible to return the kart at a different location?
  No, you cannot. You must return the kart to our shop parking lot.
• Is it OK to park in a regular meter parking?
  No problem. However, you will be responsible for any problems such as theft. Please be aware of this prior to your ride.
• What should I do if I violate the parking regulations?
  If you receive a parking ticket while unattended, you are required to go to the police station indicated on the ticket and pay the penalty and other fees (if there are any). You will also be responsible for the costs of towing, storage, pickup, etc. associated with illegal parking.

Options

• Do you have cosplay costumes for rent?
  Various cosplay costumes are available for rent for free of charge. You are also welcome to bring your own costumes! Please refrain from wearing high heels, snow shoes, long skirts, or other clothing that may interfere with driving.
• Do you have insurance?
  In the event of an accident, you will be covered within the following compensation limits.
  
  (1) Compensation for bodily injuryUnlimited per person (not including the amount covered by automobile liability insurance)
  (2) Compensation for propertyUnlimited per accident (50,000 yen out-of-pocket expenses)
  (3) Personal injury compensationUp to ¥30 million per person
  
  *Damages that exceed the above co-payments and compensation limits shall be paid by the customer.
  *Compensation will not be paid in the event of an accident that falls insurance claims cannot be made under the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
  In addition, if there is no proof of accident from the police, compensation may not be paid.
• Is there a parking for my car that I drove to the shop?
  No, we do not. If you are coming by car, please use the meter parking lots in the neighborhood.
