Cancellation Policy

The cancellation fees apply to cancellations or changes within 15 days of the tour date.
Cancellations cannot be made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date and time.
If you are unable to come to the shop on the tour date and time, you may not be able to join the tour. No refunds will be made in such cases.
If you are unable to come to the shop on the tour date and time due to a delay in public transportation (train, bullet train, or plane), you must submit a certificate of delay to receive a refund. (Refunds cannot be made in the case of traffic jams when using taxis, buses, etc.)
*Certificate of delay is issued at stations or airports you used to come to the shop.
A booking change fee of 2000 Japanese yen/person will be charged if it is changed for the customer’s own reason.
Booking can be changed free of charge if it is due to rain.
In case of rain, the following measures will be taken.
- At the shop
  - In case of less than 1mm of rain: The tour will be conducted as usual.
  - In case of 2-3 mm of rain: If the customer wishes to ride , the tour will be carried out.
    (If lightning/thunder or rain becomes heavier during the tour, the staff may decide to end early. However, in that case, there will be no refund.)
  - In the case of more than 4mm of rain: The tour will not take place due to safety reasons.
- Before the customers arrive to the shop
  - If more than 3mm of rain is forecasted at least 2 hours prior to the tour, we will contact the customer to discuss the conduct of the tour.
  - If more than 4mm of rain is forecasted 24 hours prior to the tour, the tour will not take place.
  - Hourly precipitation data for Osaka from the Japan Weather Association will be used as the standard for precipitation. Precipitation amounts from other media are not used as a standard.
